For those in the know, I have a question about choosing my base.
I'll be commuting out of RSW, and it looks like MDW or BWI would provide the best commute for me (I know MCO and ATL aren't happening anytime soon).
-Both have direct flights from RSW (looks like BWI has a few more than MDW)
-My sister lives in the Chicago area (but actually lives out by ORD, not sure how much that would help me if I'm on reserve)
-Don't really know anyone in BWI
-I read elsewhere on this forum that the crashpad situation may be better at MDW but really have no idea if this is true or how to find out info on crashpads.
Any thoughts about which base I should put higher on the bid list?
The airline/commuting world is all new to me, thanks for your help.
