I was at that fair. Got an email invite Apr 28th, interviewed June 6th, CJO June 22nd (same day they told us the hiring board would meet). I know of at least two others with CJOs from my interview group. Awaiting training date. AF pilot separating after 12 years.

The rumor I heard was that SWA is only giving points to pilots at the WIA job fair and the OBAP job fair in August in Chicago. Now like I said its a rumor, but it might make sense since Rocky was not at the LAS job fair.

I received a reference call yesterday from the hiring department about a buddy who interviewed a week or so ago. The next Decision Board is July 6th. I have had a couple instructors on the jumpseat the last few weeks and it sounds like not much will be happening from a new hire class standpoint until mid to late August, at which point we will get back to 3 classes/month for the rest of 2016 and well into 2017. Good luck to everyone waiting, it's certainly the hardest part but it seems like the process has been streamlined since I went through 6 months ago. Myself and most others waited upwards of 6 weeks as opposed to the 2ish weeks it takes now. That is a very good thing!

Agreed. I interviewed last summer and waited almost 7 weeks for the GOOD news. It's not over until it's over, keep the faith 😃
