Anyone have class dates in May? They usually slow down in summer

I'm starting class on May 4. Supposedly there's another class on May 25th as well.

Congrats on getting the invite. Are you by chance a check airman, chief pilot, etc.? Advance degree(s)?

Similar background here...the silence is deafening.

They have the capacity to go full bore in the summer and they did in 2014 and 2015, mostly with AirTran transitions. They ran 3 classes a month through both summers. I suspect that this will be the case this year as well especially since interviews are occurring right now which will undoubtedly translate into summer classes.
Enjoy your E period sims for AQP.

Thanks. Not an "FAA Check Airmen" a company instructor though and defiantly not a Chief Pilot. Undergrad only.

As far as I can tell we only need to hire 349 more to reach the 600 mark. That can be accomplished with only 2 classes a month, however the new word is we need to hire 800 total this year now. 3 classes of 25-30 would meet that goal. The more the merrier!!!

Just out of curiosity where did you get the numbers for 2016 so far?

It's right on the Swalife seniority list. It shows 251 hired so far this year.
