I'm guessing you haven't done a Southwest pilot credentials app yet. If you haven't yet, you need to go to https://swa.pilotcredentials.com and fill that out also. Southwest app process is a lot different than all the other airlines. In that you must go to two different sites to do your entire app.

Is this window only for people they met with at WAI? And do/did they send an email to everyone they met with? Still can't figure that out. I got one, but am assuming several thousand other guys/gals did too.

No, this window is open to anyone. Everyone needs to reapply or apply for the first time. If you have pilotcredentials account, just keep updating.

My advice - be honest and tell them what happened, own up to your mistakes and what lessons you learned from your failures.
Interviewed on Feb 24, references called last Wednesday, DB this week perhaps? From the guys I kept in contact with from our interview date, 1 got a CJO last Wednesday, and 2 got TBNT letters the Wednesday before last. Hoping for some good news...

Hi guys, new the forum here though I've been reading for awhile. Lots of great stuff!
Can't seem to find any recent posts about what type of experience those getting the conditional offer have. Any recent interviewees have any insight?
TT?
Type?
Mil/Civ?
Pic?
I'm another one of the many hopefuls camping out at the regionals and I'm trying to determine if going out and getting my type rating would give me enough of a point jump to be considered! Thanks!

At the time I interviewed, I had:
8700 TT
2500 Turbine PIC
No type
Civilian (regional CA)
In SWA's presentation at WAI last year, they said that although the type was not required, having one would likely get you an interview sooner...YMMV. Good luck!

I busted my instrument rating check in 98.

I really don't know. I'm not sure if they had their references called either. Unfortunately, you won't know why TBNT as they'll never share that information. You may have an idea... but it's all a guess.
As Rocky explained in the brief, they gather all the data and put it in your 'bucket' - your background check, PRIA, your LOR's, and opinions they solicit from SWA pilots who know you via publishing the names of people interviewed, and then the chief pilots conduct a decision board where everything gets reviewed after which you either get a CJO or a TBNT.
As others said, it's usually a very good sign when they start calling your references, but as indicated earlier, you can still get a TBNT afterwards. I just hope I'm not one of those...

That's awesome! Congrats! I've noticed your posts for quite some time and was surprised you weren't invited to interview sooner. Im happy for you man.
