It doesn't matter.
Your a little person on an internet website that is angry. That's it. You won't affect me, or this company one bit. You might pull gear for me, or not. Either way, if you have a "schitty attitude" I'll have you replaced, fly my line, have fun, and then move on.
No one cares if you are "angry". It is better for you to start making inroads to something positive in your life, or your "anger" will only burn you up. You will have no impact on us, (us being the original SWAs, or the awesome AT pilots that are very happy to be here). You are nothing more than an insignificant fringe element that your own people have turned their backs on.
Move on or not. It's only hurting you - no one else.
See you in six months.

BTW 80 kts. You have been using the term "hate" in your last few posts. This thread uses the term dislike. I believe there was another thread that had many responses and used the term hate. I even believe some on APC should revisit that thread because I am feeling the hate.

Be on the lookout for many more "awesome AirTran pilots that are happy to be here". There's about 1,200 to go. You're in for quite a rude awakening if you think that I'm the only one with this level of discontent.

From a career perspective
Likes:
- good management
- great relations among management and labor - absolutely zero chance ever if labor unrest
- people are happy there - makes it a good place to work
- will most likely stay profitable for a long long time - less concern about furlough or pay cuts
- opportunity to make a lot of money with unlimited extra flying
Dislike
- very banal flying - even when you move up in seniority or seat or base the flying is essentially the same - you choose AMs or PMs and weekdays or wknds but that's it
- no chance for nice long layovers - want to visit son in college? Fly wife out for a long wknd? Not at SWA
- no real opportunities to "see the world" or even the country - short layovers (max of about 15 hrs?)
- vacation system doesn't afford long vacations - anyone ever get 45 days off in a row?
- limited places they fly - what about 80 airports in the US? Not a lot of challenges or interesting flying
