OK, sorry couldn't resist. To answer your question:
SWA normally only opens up their application window for pilot hiring for about 2 weeks at a time. That window has already closed for the current hiring. They had well over 5,000 qualified applicants for the ~260 pilot jobs for this hiring round. They will post the job on http://www.southwest.com/html/about-southwest/careers/ and from there you will fill out an initial profile but after meeting the minimum requirements I believe they're still using www.pilotcredentials.com for uploading all of your flight info, resume, letters of recommendation, etc.
Keep your eyes and ears open. You never know when they will open it again. Most SWA pilots were surprised that we opened the hiring window this past fall. Every trip prior to announcing that we were hiring I always heard Captains and F/Os say how overmanned we were. Best wishes.

Head of pilot hiring, Rocky Calkins.
Even with the AirTran transitions they are expecting the need for more folks every year for the foreseeable future. They're not sure how 117 is going to effect them, but hiring will happen for retirements, new international flying, and the Wright Amendment going away.

I got the call from the ATL Chief Pilot late Tuesday night. I was told to expect more details next week. When I interviewed on Jan 23rd, we were told that we were the last five to be interviewed during this hiring period. He also said that the last class date for this group would be April 30. He said we may be in that class if hired or due to other people's availability we may go earlier.
