Yup, false alarm. Sorry. When I logged into Pilot Credentials I noticed they added a 4 extra questions to the pilot profile questionnaire and my app was showing as "incomplete". They must have just done this today because I was just updating my application yesterday and it was "complete". So I assumed that by adding the additional questions that the app window was open. Not so... commence spool down. Apologies again.

My friend started downgrade training today and was told 252 NHs in 2015 starting in August.

I have a friend there for that event and she just said they told her the window is opening today. Haven't seen anything to totally confirm it, just thought I'd pass along.
