If you know anybody here I would send them the email you received and your application so that they can try to contact someone from the inside. Otherwise maybe email [email protected] and be as specific as possible with them. Include the email as an attachment and see if they can find an error.

I got the same TBNT email from SWA when I applied a month ago. Glad to hear I may still have a chance, I just resubmitted my application today. We'll see if it gets kicked back.

When swa opens a new application window (as they did recently) they flush all the old apps and send the tbnt email to everyone still in the system. Years past the application window would close for months/years before a new app window opened again so you would know for sure an interview wasn't going to happen. I received a handful of those letters before I finally got an invite.

Since a new window just opened you just need to reapply on the careers page. Good luck.

What stitches said. I received the same email about a week before I reapplied on the careers page, updated my PC, and two days later got an interview invite. It is just their way of flushing out the old applications.

I didn't get an email but I see on the careers page that app window is dated 17 Dec 2015. I went back into my junk trash folder to check too.

Anybody else didn't get the email?

Some weekends. Typically 9-5 M-F with some early Fridays so that you can commute home.

We had a German Air Force pilot in our class, but he is a US Citizen FWIW. Very nice guy.
