Sure it's okay. Only if you want them to look like hell. Come on dude. You can't be serious. Really? You can't afford $100-200's worth of dry cleaning on first year SWA pay?

"Does anyone wear the M&H uniform pants?"

Just go to JC Pennys and get the Haggar dress pant- wash and wear. $29.99 on sale yesterday, plus ask for the $10 off coupon and out the door for less than $21.

Well, I got a call from the DEN CP yesterday late afternoon and he left a msg but I was flying from SFO - SRQ and landed too late to call back. I returned his call this morning but unfortunately, he is out of the office until Monday, LOL. Just my luck....

Is the color a close match?

It's not only that... I'm an east coast guy based in Oakland my first month and if I get awarded 4 day trips that turns my trips into 6 day trips with 1 day off in between and finding a dry cleaner to get them cleaned same day while you're on the road is tough.

I have already accepted the fact I will spend the whole month in Oakland and thankfully have plenty of hotel points to take care of the nights between trips. I'm just trying to cut costs where I can until I can get further east.

I have been wearing Haggar slacks for years. Their navy blue is the same. The trick is finding the right material. At JCP, I have had to order them trying to get my size in navy blue.

I interviewed 10/15 and thought it went well. I have not heard anything from my references. Can I still keep my hopes up or have I not been selected? Waited 13 years for a Major Interview and thought I got it, now I am questioning my career choice. SW is my top choice.

Thanks for input,

8500TT
5000 121PIC (all CR2)
737-300 type (FTI Denver)
2 classes into my masters degree

You may not have been considered yet for a DB. Seems to be closer to 4 weeks post interview. Don't give up hope until you get a call from a CP or a TBNT e-mail from the company.
