Do you know long it was from the DB until calls went out for your group (or anyone's group for that matter)?

I don't know when the Decision Board met, but the month long wait was stressful.

Just got the CJO

Applied July/August (but really been applying since 2011)
Sept 1st = Email invite for interview
Oct 6 = Interview
Oct 13 = Background Completed
Oct 20 = References Called
Oct 28 = CJO phone call from SWA asst CP

Next step is phone call from PD for drug test and pick class date. CP said it'll come within a week.

8100 hrs TT
5 Type Ratings - No 737 Type
Current CP for a Part 135 Charter
Prior Military but no military flying
No Interview Prep - Except for the help of a few on here! Thank You Guys so very much!

Visitor's Registration

Hi everybody, I've got a question about the Visitor's Registration. My interview is next week, and I haven't received it yet in my email. Anybody know when they typically send this out? Thanks!

Call/email Shannon or Berri and inquire with the contact info in your packet. Some days have a good number of candidates that do not receive the visitor pass letter, YMMV. Supposedly a new system implemented recently that seems to have a few snags...

Check your junk folder first, the email comes from SWA.VisitorMgmtAdmin
Show at 0700 or 1100 Herb time

I interviewed yesterday 10/27. No one in my group got the email. I did however get an email a few days before that said not to worry if you don't get the email. If you're driving in, your name will be in the system(show ID at gate) and if you show up in a hotel van it won't be an issue.

Applied in March
OBAP in April (w/ SWA in attendance)
EC interview prep
Oct 6 interview
Oct 15 References called
Oct 28 CJO

A long three weeks from interview to CJO. Congrats to everyone who got the call today!!
