Could someone please tell me what the interview process is like? Is there a sim check? What all type of questions do they ask?

I got a call from the mothership yesterday which means that HR is working weekends right now.
A friend of a friend isn't available until December and he just got called to interview. That is a very good sign. I would be on the lookout for the closing of this hiring window soon (TBNT emails sent) followed by the opening immediately of a new application window.
