I get my info from personal experience! With regard to personal time off for family related need, the company has never failed me. Be it a birth, a death, a wedding or an illness I have never heard anything but how can we help you. When my mother had a very serious complication and emergency surgery from a very minor arthroscopic exploratory procedure, the first words out of the CP's mouth were "You will be taken off as many trips as you need, just let me know what you need." The second sentence was "Do you need any positive space rides for family or friends that need to get there to see her, I will get them there if you need it." When I have been in need, SWA has always exceeded my expectations.

Interview Prep
Got the interview invite yesterday for September.
Who are the current players for interview prep? Who would you recommend? I put a phone call into Emerald Coast yesterday but have not heard back from them yet.

The LOI was the most challenging part of my interview, however some felt their HR or Logbook portion was the most difficult. It seems to depend on the interviewer.

As for the LOI, I listened to the EC online audio prep the night before the SWA interview and felt that Albie's approach to the exercise was perfect. He's lays it out well in the 30-ish minute audio file. If you follow the steps and remain aware of your time, you'll be fine.

I did EC and it was spot on. I did a top off with Mary and listened to the audio for the LOI about a week prior.
I am sure centerline is great too.
