May 123 tfp and June 128 so far. Like I said before, at least as a reserve you do not sit around in hotel waiting for a trip.

Default Southwest hiring info

I have averaged 125 TFP/mo or so since I got here without trying too hard. I am over 120 this month with only one day of extra flying. I am over 800 hours of block in 10.5 months of flying. SWA doesn't pay you to sit around, that is for sure.

Even as a first year FO, you can make 75-80 large a year if you are willing to prostitute yourself out.

I'm a lazy commuter. I shoot for 90-100 trips a month. The last 2 months I've been closer to 120 but only due to JA, trip pulls etc

Default Type Rating

On the hiring page, it doesn't say anything about having a type before you attend training. Is a new hire still required to have the 737 type rating to complete the hiring process?

Nope. That requirement went away last year.

Ok just to make sure:

I applied during the last window, and as of yet have not heard anything.

I updated my SWA Credentials earlier this month with my 737 type.

Is that all I have to do besides wait? Thanks.

Not required anymore, however, just like a 4 year degree...it helps.
