Are you certain you were under consideration at the DB earlier in the month? You may not be considered until the next one at the end of June.

So if your references are called, does that mean that you are for sure going to the decision board? And have no references are called, you're dead in the water?

Typically references will be called prior to the DB where your record will be considered so that the CPs will have all possible info before making their decision.
