If you are not setup in the 415 Excess Plan, it comes back to you in cash after taxes. The 415 plan is another tax deferred bucket that is available.

Anyone know what the ratio is of people getting hired? I know you used to have to typically interview more than once to get a CJO. Just wondering if that's still the case...
