Anybody know how many they're interviewing…is it like a "cattle call" interview or is the job yours to lose?

It is yours to lose, but in the past they still have interviewed on about a 2 to 1 ratio. Basically if they need to fill 250 slots they will end up interviewing around 450 to 500 guys and gals to get those 250 filled.

Default Letters of recommendation

Any one have the official skinny on letters?!?! I have 12 and I sent the link via pilot credentials from the home page tab.

Should I also up load them at the end of app along with the resume? Thoughts.....ideas....

Can't seem to get a straight answer.

Unless you have an interview (do you?) the letters are useless.

Once you are selected for an interview either have them uploaded to PC or bring hard copies to the interview. The letters aren't seen until the decision board post interview.

For max effect, have a written letter, an online internal rec via swalife and have one of your buddies vouch for you in the CPs office.

For the people getting invites for July, did you just get them? Still holding out hope for an interview!

Any updates to the expected hiring numbers this year and next?

Anyone get the good news the past couple of days?

Hiring will continue through the year.

We had a half dozen or so clients get the good news this week. Mix of Mil and Civ, most had plenty of PIC time.

Just wondering if the traditional 50% pass rate has gone up due to the higher than normal competitiveness right now.
