SW Pilots...any raises in 2013/2014???

You have refused to submit info that might let us know and understand your point of view. You continually put SWA folks down (arrogant, wife stealers, stealers of seniority, etc.), but fail to enlighten us to where you should be on the "perfect" list. I personally like being called a kitten killer for obvious (and sick) reasons. Your accusations and arguments are all about emotion and not achieving what YOU think should have been. So quit being so angry and enlighten us. This is the LUV boat and we all want to understand. Step up and tell us where you should have been on an ALPA negotiated SLI.

Thread drift is inevitable in the world of pilots. Therefore, the fAT folks again should know that as far as pay increases go (anytime, not just '13 and '14) I am all for pay increases for you NOW. Even for the WM! The right thing to do is never wrong.

Gerz,
With all due respect, you are not helping things.

Hello Again WM,
I cannot accept responsibility for what your pilot group agreed to. I think you over played your hand and SWA, not SWAPA, called your bluff.
Your group was always ****ed off at either your management or union or both. I guess your life at SWA will be no different. If only you could go to Delta with the 717s!! I'm sure Delta would take care of you and make you feel wanted! I suppose you can continue to dream about what might have been, I try to live in the present.
I do hope you achieve some peace with your situation. We all have sob stories and you are not unique.
As far as how I sleep, quite well thank you.
Regards,
Gerz

Hi Gerz
I hope you are an FO on reserve so I never have to fly with you when I cross the fence. You sound too bitter to show anyone the LUV. Perhaps you should consider going to Delta when they get the B717, then both Trannies and Luvvers (is that a word?) would be happier. Remember, no SWAPA pilot was harmed in the SLI so you shouldn't be as angry as you sound.

Just so you know I still care there WM, please again tell us where you SHOULD have been on an ALPA negotiated SLI. I have asked before and don't want an employee number or exact info. In a generic form where should YOU be on the list. Generically, when were you hired and where should you be? I personally really want to understand you and what your concerns are.

On a lighter note I shook hands with an FO the other day and gave him the plane. When he said he was on his IOE I knew he was an fAT guy so I shook his hand again and said welcome aboard. Seemed motivated and happy. I am sure it is all a ruse because (according to the WM and others) he couldn't possible be happy.
Also left some pretzels in PHL a couple of weeks back for the whole crew on a 717. Hope they got them since they were not at the airport yet.

Yeah sure, Oscar. Nice try. Given your company's well established past history of getting rid of those that "don't fit the SWA cultural mold", you really think I'm going to start having an online discussion about my DOH, where I was on the AirTran list, where I am on the new list, and where I feel I should be? I'm not as dumb as you think I am.
Then again, according to JDFlyer (I believe) you guys already know my identity.

Living with anger and fear are more than I would wish to endure. Everyone has there torch to bear and must live with there behavior in the past. I will treat every AT guy with respect and dignity. Unless of course their behavior on the job (not APC) are poor.

Also (with some evidence) please tell us of the incidents where someone has been fired from SWA for anything other than violations of the employee code of conduct requirements. Some imaginary terminations for not complying with the "cultural mold" are pure fabrications without evidence in fact.
