As a whole, it seems like a pretty crappy deal for the FL folks. For me personally it is not so bad since I am junior and don't have any QOL to lose anyway.

'Canyon Blue Koolaid Krowd'. YGSM! I have several friends in this last hiring wave that didn't even get a chance to interview! Not even a chance! Why?? Because it's just that damn competitive. You're gonna walk right in the front door. You should be kissing Herb and GK's a$$ for even giving you the opportunity to keep your job. Welcome aboard (maybe).

I think most of the guys are looking at it more favorably than they did SL9. If you're an 07 hire or earlier it's essentially the same seniority as SL9.
If you're 08 or later the seniority aspect of it is significantly worse than SL9 but it's still an initial seniority increase. Most guys in this category gave up 170 numbers over the previous agreement. I would say most of these guys are not happy and would be willing to go to arbitration as they don't have much to lose.
From the list I've seen it looks like a significant increase for some of the ATN dudes, especially those at the bottom of the list who were really hit hard by SL9.
For ATN guys over SL9, it's better seniority, less Capt seats and less money between now and Jan 2015.
SWA Capts, no real change, Senior SWA FO's=big win, mid level SWA FO's no real change, Jr SWA FO's not "winning as much".
For SWA FO's, the initial seniority boost is at most 10% and decreasing as you get more junior. Is it usable seniority though? For the senior FO, definitely as it will generate Capt ungrades.
For the mid level to jr-ish FO's it will depend on what seniority of ATN guys decide to bid 737 FO, and who want to stay on the 717.
If most the senior AT pilots want to stay in the 717 then it boosts the SWA 737 FOs'. 717's begin to get SWA 737 pay in Jan 2015 so this might be the case.
If most of the senior AT pilots want to go to SWA737 FO immediately then it changes how that seniority can be exercised.

Patch, lighten up. I was adding some humor. I take it you're not happy with the deal. Why? Also, what is so special about the interview? If it makes you feel any better I paid for my own 737 type so don't throw that back at me either...

Hey Patch,
The inequities don't end there homey.
Did you know that you'll have former AirTran guys being paid at 10 year SWA FO pay, while the SWA FO's at the same seniority will be on 5 year SWA FO pay.
