Good point about the wages.
But, we did get some stock FOR the merger.
Plus, the pay rates went up for all categories as a result of the merger contract.
If I remember correctly, all of this came about because of the merger, BEFORE the merger was complete.
I think the company wanted all of that taken care of before the merger was complete, so there would be as few snags as possible.

I haven't worn a watch since 2003.
When I'm walking around in ATL I fully expect to ask Luv, hey man, what time is it? Where to get food? Hartsfield? Hartsfield-Jackson? Aw man, I'm soooo sorry...
