Do you mean cash on hand that SWA has? Pilot pay is irrelevant to the arbitrator.

Maybe I have a misunderstanding as to what the arbitrator(s) are going to be asked to do.

Are they only going to be asked to put together a seniority list?

Or, are they going to be asked to put together a seniority list and dole out equity to the parties involved (stock, cash, etc.?).
