I heard other SWAPA folks say he's a loud mouth. When I watched him during the road shows he was quick to put anyone down who brought up the medical protections about the mandatory Covid Shots, so it's his opinion or else is what I got from that, but then again SWAPA did not offer anyone who did not want the shot any help either, besides saying they were Pro Choice and that you had a choice, some choice? When I called my rep aboutw
the shot, he said he did not understand what all the fuss was about, he got it, that's true leadership right there. Thinking I'll hold on to my vote on this one.

If swa is bulletproof on furloughs, they're bulletproof on vaccine mandates too.

To borrow your "fact" argument from another thread, did anybody actually get forced to take the shot? I mean yeah they sent out the letter but later retracted it and nobody was actually forced to take a shot. So it's all good, and now there's language in the contract, however imperfect you feel it is, to protect against even that?

SWAPA was essentially being threatened by the SWFF group who were organizing their own little shadow union and demanding they get THEIR language in the contract and nothing else, so maybe he was a little defensive during the road shows when asked about it repeatedly by people who were clearly there representing that very group. Not denigrating anybody's choice on the issue....it's a done deal at this point and we need to look forward, but I think you are barking up the wrong tree if you think Jody wasn't in your corner on this issue.

So no vote? Seems counter productive to your goals. Don't complain about the leadership if you aren't voting. I am not super excited about the candidates either, but they are going to be making decisions on your behalf. I am choosing the lesser of two evils.
