But wait many of you guys have been advocating for Elliot, as well as SWAPA, and now you guys are worried? That's rich. If some of the rumors turn out to be true, I cannot wait to see what the great Case has to say. I think he really thinks he's going to get a board spot at SWA because Elliot must have told them so. It wil be very surprising if he comes back to the line as regular old line pilot.

Believe it or not, but I think I have had LAXtoMoron on my ignore list longer than even 5toolbag. Your life will improve because of it. The irony about the LAX post is that I wouldn't consider you a WN apologist at all, so I'm not sure why they are directing anything your way on this topic.

Whack is still in denial that ALPA threw him under the bus and backed over him with SL9 during the "buyout" not a merger. I have this funny feeling, we are all about the find out that SWAPA once again will most likely being throwing a lot people under the bus advocating for this Elliot Group. These guys are bad news.

I agree; however, I always enjoy getting your perspective on things, so hopefully, that doesn't change.

The best part of this “new path” will be the soy boy hedge fund broskie’s bleeding SWA dry of cash while simultaneously shrinking the airline (cutting fat) so they can eventually sell it.

not sure if anyone saw this link but FYI: https://viewfromthewing.com/southwes...avel-crumbles/
Going through the whole message to employees there’s a lot that’s interesting about Southwest’s positioning – and problems. The airline doesn’t see the same sort of business travel they used to, and much of their network is still optimized for non-stop business travel on the West Coast. That needs to change, and they need to seek out more connections.
Business Travel Is Never Coming Back
Southwest Airlines is looking for new customers, and targeting their ads to “younger, different” customers because “Road warriors just aren’t where they used to be industry wide.”
