Bottom line is the whole process is going to change. It will be AW's job to figure it out. I'm glad we have some stuff in the CBA about this. I'm pretty sure they try to be unique in some way. Old problems will disappear and new ones will be created. Inflight and ground ops will have a lot of say. Flight ops will stay out of it and worry about guys not flying around a 150'ft. I'm pretty sure they will be busy with the FAA.

horrible process. Half the time they don’t even tell you if there’s a seat open. So you pick a crummy seat up front, and either remain in a full row because no one goes to the back or you have to take the js

So jetway Jesus is going out of business, and customers won't get as much anxiety over the boarding "asap" stampede. I hope we get comparable First Class seats like the competition. It's about mighty time.
SWAPA needs to make certain that we will not be made to DH in a middle seat. Other than red eyes not being a crowd favorite, I say let's get going!
