Yeah I saw the pic when it first circulated and thought "HQ Kulture", nothing to do with pilots.

Only if you're easily butthurt... which sounds like you are, and you really shouldn't be. You also should realize that as a market, Hawaii flying is not a separate market for us. It is an extension of California/West Coast market and the entire Hawaii operation constitutes less than 1% of our total daily departures.

Im sure this idea was our COO thinking hes the smartest guy in the room. He also told a new hire class he could bankrupt United with 40 RJ's.
