The only way investors such as Elliot even have this option, is if the current execs/BOD aren’t doing what they need to do. Clearly ours has been stuck in the old boys club for far too long and it shows. I’m not sure if they will get everything they want, but Elliot has definitely disrupted their little cartel.

(Can't belive your market cap is 40 times ours 😢, it was 6 billion vs 28 billion end of 2014, and when you hit top cap at 36B mid '21 we were still 4B).

Over a Hedge Fund that has been involved TWA, WorldCom and Enron restructuring, look what happen to all those companies. Gone. You bet I would. I'll take Bob and Gary over any Hedge fund clowns they come up with.

SWA has been successful for over 50 years, and your worried about this? This company went through Persian Gulf War, 9/11 and never filed bankruptcy, this is bump in the road. But if you get your wish and the minions you're cheerleading for get their wish there will be more than 3 people you need to worry about, you better be worried about at least 10% of this pilot group or more. This Elliot group does not have a very good track record of turning anything around. If anything they are pump and dump operation IMO. Also did not know Bob and Gary Kelly managed Boeing.
