The house is such a mess, that could be over 10 years. The big concern at HQ is protecting the pickleball courts . They just better not mess with the pickleball or the deck parties.
HQ agrees with you , they should just fire all the pilots. This place would be much better without them .

We are only here because current management was coasting and not doing their job. That is reason enough for them to go. Imagine if your other half did nothing for 10 years and only when you threatened to leave did they start making an effort. That’s not real and is a survival instinct. Once you let your guard down again, things will go back to the way they were. SWA is no different. It’s time for change.

Not one WN pilot has welcome them. We have 2 bad choices, I think everyone wishes there was a third choice.
By the way, how many WN pilots would you guess know that the 170 at 5 miles out is in the manual? I say less than 10 percent.

I don't welcome them.. but like I said.. they are only here because current mangement allowed it to happen. Their inaction and lack of leadership is going to be their downfall. i do welcome that they have the suite actually working instead of playing pickleball and giving shout outs. I've never seen a GO more scared for their jobs. Everything they should have done 10 years ago is all the sudden happening and at a fast pace. This isn't a coincidence. Assigned seats, premium, red eyes, and possibly interline agreements were not on the radar until EM started flexing.

I don't trust a single person who is minding the store right now. There are scary times ahead for sure, but with the right people in charge, this company has the bones to be great again. Everyone gets their turn in the barrel for sure, but SWAs turn has seemed to last longer and the barrel smells terrible.
