Also can't count how many times I've been on DH and I see the flight attendants getting bounced around and the seat belt sign is off. there is no annoucement or anything, and then the FA's make a comment they have not heard anything from the cockpit. Or DH in the back, and it's hot in the back, but instead of using common sense and starting the APU, while on the ground. More than once I have walked up to the cockpit and said hey guys its roasting back here. Again not doing our jobs, and I see it lot out of PHX with the ground air there Jester? You guys need to get on the ball!
