There have been hits and misses. NYC downtown has been a home run.
SLC has been a home run.
Portland has been a miss.
Sacramento PM has been a miss.
But I believe that we are about to see a whole lot more home runs.
The SWAPA guy who wrote the new hotel language and the hotel guide was in charge of the hotel committee at Comair for years. He is passionate about hotels. He ran contract admin here for years and is known to be a pit Bull. He will hold the company's feet to the fire on that new language. I've known this guy for twenty plus years. There is NO question in my mind that he will drive improvements that will benefit this pilot group.

Westin and Hyatt Regency ought to be the standard. Embassy's are roomy but getting dated as are a lot of Marriotts. Agree about SEA, PDX, SMF, GRR, MAF, BUR, SJC, AMA, and many others.

Some Marriotts are outdated (MCI) and some are really nice (OMA). Up to Union/hotel people to sort it out I guess.
