I was talking about LK, but I would definitely agree with you. Sadly, Dallas is structured in such a way that if you put your head up, it gets lopped off. This breeds complacency and promotes yes men and women into jobs that require someone who can say no or make big changes. We are currently sitting on a self imposed precipice that, if we were a smaller airline, would have probably killed us already.
It may take an activist investor threatening the board or actually promoting someone with chutzpah into the ceo office to change our course. I don't see either happening any time soon.

Of course, getting more crews to come here (and stay) is going to require a quality CBA to be ratified, and soon. Until we have more planes and more pilots on property, I don't see much changing.
