we are definitely not. Look at how we are slowing growth when everyone else is expanding. That’s a big red flag. They run scared here and it’s no way to do business.

Less to do with being scared and more to do with all growth based on a unicorn jet that should’ve been here 2-3 yrs ago.

In any line of business.. If you're waiting on a one trick pony to succeed, you are destined to fail.

Just read that they plan to hire only 800 now next year. That's almost half of what was projected.

I'm not betting anything on that thing. Should've been approved the same time as the Max -8.....you know, considering the -7 was used to recertify the -8. Lol

Not sure tbh.. They are also only planning 350 upgrades. Pretty weak considering UAL is hiring Street captains.

Had drinks with a UAL guy yesterday and he said it's surprising to see it happening but not shocking that 7k FO's want nothing to do with it. Their new RSV rules haven't been implemented yet and he didn't think it changed enough to move the needle for people to jump on the upgrade train.

Would be nice to see something official for NH/UG next year though.
