I don't talk a lot of contract stuff with FOs, but I do get the sense that they are pretty hard line, which is refreshing. There are a few go along to get along guys in their ranks, though. Surprisingly most of them are corporate guys. The skywesters, who also had no union, totally get it.
We have the ability to get it all and should demand that from swapa.
My vote is NO, especially if MS is pushing the deal.

Screw'em... the company should have settled back in the day. They chose their path, and it was at our collective expense. Now they want us to pay for their gamble. Not in the mood... I'm ready to strike.

they all requested mediation and some did strike authorization votes very early in the process.

SWAPA can only follow the RLA process. They should’ve filed for mediation much sooner. Other than that, what else can they do?
More appropriately you should be asking yourself what we can do to exert leverage. It’s not rocket surgery.
