The SWAPA forum has a thread with quite a few details on it.

They basically traded their NEC for a pay raise and then got the company to dump some of the egregious language in the first TA concerning attendance.
The union put a bonus calculator on their website so the FAs can see what their retro check is.
Word is that it will pass overwhelmingly.
I personally don't care what's in it and find it mildly fascinating that so many pilots care what is in a contract that has zero to do with us, but the above info is the stuff on the other forum.

some of it matters. The 2 extra paid holidays we now know we as pilots will get, at minimum

I was talking to one today who was out on disability and paying Cobra out of pocket. I guess their union doesn’t eat that cost like SWAPA does. So this FA was wanting disability paid by SWA along with being treated like a human instead of a worthless cost widget. They don’t have a me too with OAL’s so being one of the first to settle…they’ll likely end up like we did in 2016 where we were behind the 8 ball from the start.

I think their union is a bunch of catty SWA VP wannabe’s that don’t give a crap about the majority of the FA’s….kind of like SWAPA who sent out TA1.

Will we, though?
Pretty sure different employee groups have different holidays. I could GAS what is in the FA contract and I certainly don't expect us to "me too" anything they have just like I wouldn't expect them to do it to us. We are two totally different types of employees.

We interact with them for half the month. If they are going to be ****ed off or happy, that's certainly something I care about.

If you’re interacting with FAs half the month then you’re doing it wrong.

I interact with them as little as possible. Try that.
