I think we have 20% automatic “no” and 30% automatic “yes” (provided TA1 is remotely within range of Delta). I personally believe TA1 is going to fall short for me to be a yes on several items but particularly in the area of LTD. I just do not think the NC has the depth of understanding of what happens to our guys when our guys get kicked to the curb FOREVER. If this is not fixed, I don’t care if the top TFP has a comma in it, I will be a “no”. Other than that, I am like most guys that are actually going to read it cover to cover before deciding which way to vote.

I refuse to say which way I’m voting until I’ve had time to read it over and over and attend a road show to hear intent behind some things that I’ve flagged. Doing otherwise is a disservice to yourself and the guys who’ve slaved away from their families to make your QOL better.

I love how some of you think the Nos dont read it. How stupid and simplistic. The Nos are generally the ones that shake out the turds and educate the lemmings. Yessies don't read crap. I can tell you from what one or two of the reps have mentioned on the TOF that a NO is easy already. Sorry if that hurts you cover to cover wait and see types. SWApA needs to hear we aren't happy with the direction they have already headed down. With the info provided by some on the inside already. They need to get this right with TA1 because 38% won't read it and will hit the yessie button. I think if we see TA1 it will have a good chance of passing. They only need 12% more +1. They would have had that with the last TA1 turned down if SWA made one simple tweak before the vote closed but SWA typical greedy stupidity. Cost them for TA2. Your road shows will be sales jobs. Count on it. They will stand behind their product as the best they could do. There is plenty of old swapa still alive and well. Before you say well why dont you go do it. Been their done it have you?
Im going to read it thoroughly but based on what I know is in it will vote no unless it is eye popping good. If they were to blow me away like they did with VSP/EXTO I’d be thrilled, but I don’t think it’ll happen.

I'm guessing that as well. It's the ones who think an extra month in Dallas is all thats needed to be pilots are the ones who are going to hold out in hopes of getting our NEC.

I fully expect the company will employ tactics to create infighting and division in the FA ranks, and stoke negotiating fatigue. Their group as a whole is a dumpster fire and the company will totally exploit it.
We need to remain solid and steadfast.
