Per diem and a hotel after four hours airport sit. That stuff doesn’t bother me.

What does bother me is the thinking that since FAs and pilots are in the same aircraft that they should get the same contract.

right? While I respect and appreciate what they do, it’s not even close to being the same. One group is a commodity.. the other is easily replaceable.

They can get the contract they negotiate and we’ll get we negotiate. Simple as that.

While I am not going to call them donkeys, they are hands down the most overpaid, least worked FA's in the industry. When you can do your entire job in about 25 min and be down, that's some easy scratch they earn.

Wait, that is of course unless it’s “too bumpy”. 🙄

I swear….four airlines and I’ve never seen such coddled frigging babies.

I just love when they start fishing for the “It’s going to be too bumpy to serve” during my briefing.

I watch captains fold on this continually. The FAs know this so they are fishing to see what sort they are dealing with this leg. It’s gross.

I totally agree and this is my third airline. I will say I enjoy our FA's while at work, good people and all, but I stand by my original statement.
