Well, latest update sounds like things are going poorly. It'll be interesting to see the company update, if there is one.

Two things I never wear to work - hat and the blazer. Looking forward to wearing both on the picket line.

LOL those guys I make fun of and I also have a list of the frequent offenders. It’s the same people most of the time. I tell the mentees their name and explain their offense so if they call or message be wary of them

BTW if you really want to hurt the company sign up for the mentor program. It’s like taking down the company from the inside. Everytime one of my boys scores against the company it makes me proud….plus they give me new names on the bid avoid captains.

Blazer is pretty quick... maybe 1.5-2 months? Hat was more like 4-5.

It was, up until a few months ago. Now it's by the leg. We almost had a riot on the plane because of it when we had to do a fuel stop from Vegas to Hawaii and it reset all those wifi purchases.

oh crap. What did you do? Get a code from the NOC chief for everybody to use? Or barricade the door and let the FAs fight off the pitchforks and torches?

Didn't have any concrete answer to give them, but suggested the FAs tell the pax to email customer service during or after the flight about a refund for one of the segments. One family of four said it was now a $64 purchase instead of $32, and they were rightfully upset. Hopefully they got refunded the second charge; not their fault sold a full oceanic flight out of Vegas on a 115-degree afternoon.
