Yeah and the contract comparison comping out, while I am sure was just due to AA signing this week, felt like an ominous sign that something is coming.

Yup. I've been hearing this for almost 3 decades from folks trying to justify not demanding an industry average contract.

That's an extra week or so I'd have to work to make what they make, but at least we're still saddled with 1994 work rules.

Yeah by better, its WAY better hotels. The places we stay at WN are a joke compared.

Highly recommend any SW pilot with less than 4 years to make the jump to AA now. Brand new contract that matches DL and UA. Widebodies and you'll work far less. It's sad what Southwest has become.

It’s sad AA settled for less than DL/UAL on QOL items.
