Those stupid comments don't deserve a response.

how exactly are you going to convince a mediator that is within the realm of reasonableness? You cannot. You will not get that. You will get less and it will pass. Start crying now.

.

The mediator doesn’t vote on the contract, we do.

Why would we expect less than every other major airline, except AS? New hires are already convinced that these items are expected and they’re going to the airlines that have them. If we don’t match them we won’t survive.

You do realize our company leaked rates in excess of the gift you just received and its nowhere near adequate for any SWAPA pilot I've spoken with? Certainly not 85% yes... y'all got saved. That snap up language was a massive joke.

These are the clowns we are battling, The ones trying their hardest to lower expectations! Sad really!

PNW read this every time the worthlessness enters your mind.

I look forward to coming back to this post in the future. When you get an industry standard. Contract.

Because guys like you will accept it.
Good on you. Gloating for not having an idea of worth. How pathetic!

Yeah, I could also probably do away with JA and instead have them offer LRF at 200%, 300% until it gets covered. Knowing our pilot group, it gets covered every single time.

And yes, if our TA doesn't cover the above, vote no, vote early, vote often and get 10 other friends to vote no as well. No FUD, no negotiation fatigue. We must get it right.

He’s a troll from AS, fortunately not a SWA “yes-voter”.

I understand that. We have plenty here like him. On FB page an ex rep is already working at lowering expectations.
