BNA will go super senior at first, but if they truly grow it, it will moderate.
It will NOT go junior ever unless TN changes its pleasant climate and/or the state starts to enforce a state income tax which it currently doesn’t have.

There may be a junior group because of very senior pilots not wanting to go back to reserve unless we get some really good reserve rules.

Sr guys take note, reserve rule potentially affect almost everyone.

I promise it will if they grow it enough. I want to move there, so I get it, but Nashville isn't Orlando. Look at all the pre-Tran SWA bases w the exception of Orlando. They are pretty normalized in seniority. I can hold every base as a captain except ATL and MCO (and now BNA). They have absolutely refused to grow those bases for various reasons and MCO is a retirement paradise that also happens to have a bunch of AirTran dudes. We will see. If it stays small then yeah, it will definitely be super senior since it came pre-installed with crews.

I hope it'll draw a few senior folks out of or at least away from bidding into MCO pre retirement, but I am not gonna hold my breath!

BNA will definitely help moderate the situation in MCO and ATL but FUPM.
