Apparently and hilariously, our vp of flight operations is handing out "goodie bags" as thanks for the rides and to show appreciation (Im guessing here, I have no idea in what world this would seem like a good idea). Somebody clearly channeled their inner Marie Antoinette.

In case you all are wondering about the oddly specific math used, it appears the 12 year captain rate AFTER the TFP calculation exactly matches the DAL 737-900 rate, except for the last year. My guess is they took the 737-900 rates and simply worked the math backwards. It's to the penny, so probably not a coincidence.

Except they used a brand new formula to calculate it, naturally in their favor. And Delta pilots got major work rule improvements and soft money improvements in addition.

Swing and a miss and tripping all over themselves….

Not arguing any of that. Just pointing out where the numbers came from.

I am guessing They = CK

Same guy who use to be president of SWAPA ,same guy who likes to go on hunting trips paid by SWAPA, hunting animals that are fenced in with security cameras throughout the property to pinpoint the location of the animals to be hunted.

Oh? I’ve been hunting for over three decades and been to several countries to bowhunt (including the country in question) and I’ve never heard of such practices. Maybe I’m just ignorant 😬

Therein lies the rub. With zero effort on the part of flight crews, everything you've described already happens on a daily basis, and nobody in the puzzle palace seems to know or care.
