Paris Air Show to debut A220-500
Airbus may debut the 170 passenger Airbus 220-500 at the Paris Air Show. Old school Dallas captains will still insist that its an “RJ”. 🤣

(Seriously though, if Boeing can’t get their stuff together on the Max 7, maybe it’s time to transition to a different family of aircraft?)

Airbus rules out the A220-500, for now
In a statement reported by Bloomberg, when asked about the rumors, a spokesperson for Airbus ruled out unveiling the A220-500 at the present time, saying,“The A220-100 and -300 are the priority, and we’re not launching a new product in the current environment."

Listen just plan on flying the 737 for the rest of your career. That way when you retire off the 737, you won’t be disappointed and shocked.
