Right there is the problem with America. Everyone reads something on the internet and immediately thinks whatever the authors take on it, usually AI now, they believe to be true. They believe whatever a politician or public official says. It’s TL/DR for them to research, they form opinions on incorrect facts. Sad

Oh no, I seem to have offended a very weak, bitter and angry little man. I’m the least racist person on the planet. I work with people from all races and backgrounds, and get along just fine with almost everyone.
This was about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), or did you miss the OP? Please point to where you see ANY white people being grouped in the DEI trifecta ANYWHERE in any company. When the airlines talk about attracting people from diverse backgrounds into aviation, are they going to rural trailer parks or the inner cities to try this out? Like you said, there is every race included in what most would consider upper middle class, but are those “other” races the airlines are shooting for? No, they are not.
They will try and find the most obedient and grateful worker who is thankful they were able to climb their way out of poverty into the paradise land! This is not brain surgery man. I’m not saying it’s right or wrong, but the airlines are taking the long view with the DEI stuff.
