Some dude in Seattle handed me one a couple of weeks ago, so mine was in my folder until today. SWAPA probably should have just mailed them out. I talked to someone today who isn't comfortable putting one on their bag because of the questions customers will ask. I think you will end up with about a 50 percent participation rate with the bag tags. Some are too lazy, some don't care, lots of senior guys unplug for the whole summer.

I've seen several FAs with them. Which tells me the pilot group wasn't educated by SWAPA as to how we were supposed to use them. Kind of a waste to have them as pieces of flair used by other employee groups

I don’t know how many people are like me, but I haven’t been down to a pilot lounge in eight or nine or more years, except for a quick trip (in and out in less than five minutes) every two years to pick up my new crew badge. I had somebody else grab my strike tag for me.
Forcing people to go to the lounge to pick the tags up may have been a bad move if the idea was for everyone to display them.

I've been to the lounge twice in the last few yrs. One to pick up my swapa lanyard and the other to get my bag flair.
It ain't that hard. It's not like we the people are really doing anything daily to improve our contract.
I'd like to hear someone tell a rep, or NC person or volunteer they cant be bothered to go to the lounge.
C'mon it's not hard.
