Default Anyone get one yet?

I was in early group on 11th. Nothing yet or not at all. Anyone else get a call? Seen only one person on here said they got it.

There are 2 submissions on aviationinterviews.com from folks that were offered the CJO and interviewed the 11th. It seems as though this may represent the minority from what I’m hearing.

Spoke with a 12APR B Grouper. Best he can deduce is those who got the CJO already are a) 737 typed b) family members already work there or c) not identifying as male. Don't kill the messenger just how he sees it based on observation.

That jives with my Intel that unless you're a golden ticket we're going through reference checks. Stay positive!

Generally speaking about these interviews, I would add a group d for Military. Most of the military guys I knew that went to work at WN were called quickly and didn't wait as long as civilian pilots for a CJO.

Also I can think of pilots that classify as group c that have not been given a CJO after interviewing. I don't think WN is as 'friendly' to group c as other airlines are, but that's my observation based on pilots I know.

I beg to differ based on my experience as well as many others that I know that interviewed on separate dates.

It’s all about how you are in your interview. I don’t believe for a second that there are specific non resume demographics they are targeting. I say this as a result of seeing new hire class pictures and asking about people’s backgrounds in the schoolhouse. I know several people that got the CJO 24 hours later, or 10 days later, or got the TBNT. Everyone that comes in with the qualifications to be interviewed are getting a fair shot to see if they are the right fit.

Please don't misunderstand me I'm not implying anyone gets an advantage in this process. I see how my comment seemed biased and that was not my intention at all.

3 sections of the interview. If you get all 3 thumbs up by the team you get the call the next day. 2/3 you wait for review board. 1/3 you get the TBNT.

That is what I was told by other interviewees the day I interviewed

The road is harder if the team sensed you have canned answers by prep services and or didn’t seem all that enthused about SW being your forever airline. Don’t over think it .

And by "golden ticket" I meant the 3/3 thumbs ups, NOT that anyone has a pass on any of the process for any reason. Good grief I need to read my own stuff back to myself more often.
