It doesn't work in all instances. RSV trips for one....and weird one-offs like my trip (2 trips merged due to an unscheduled overnight). They gave me the guarantee for the first trip (correct). They gave me DT for the 1st leg of the 2nd trip (incorrect) with PP for the rest of the day since it was a move up (correct). They failed to give me the 5 tfp for the unscheduled overnight. Once they fixed it I lost the DT leg but got the 5 tfp that was contractually owed.

I know that coding and paying the pilots correctly would cost the company tens of millions . The company needs to recoup the billion dollar loss ( in one week)somehow. What better than to steal it from the pilots .

Sad that you work for a company that requires a constant audit of your pay , for you to be paid correctly. I wonder what other fortune 500 company requires the same?

Don’t disagree. I’m sure SWAPA could figure out how to automate it but getting the company to admit they suck and there’s a better way….

SWAPA did come out with an audit program, it is on the SWAPA website for pilots to check pay. It is not 100% accurate but it is very good. SWAPA offered the program to the company and the company declined the offer. I would guess, why pay the pilots correctly when you do not have to .
