Know many people getting paid only guarantee, voluntarily or involuntarily?

Last 2 trips, reroutes have added 26 tfp total. Can’t go to work without tripping over a pile of money lately.

I think you were born under a lucky star: tripping over money, 26 TFP in reroutes over two trips, never flying more than a couple of legs per day, and duty days limited to nine hours.

Not my experience at The Trailways. But more power to you.

You must not be on reserve....

New hires on reserve should NOT expect, nor count on for their budget calculations any move up or move back pay.

Right, my straight time trips never get rerouted....

No one should expect more than guarantee. And any pay rates in our current negotiations should reflect that.

Anything other than this should be a NO no vote. We will be giving up enough with any TA offered. (. It is like squeezing a balloon or cutting up a pie ). You need to decide what you’re willing to give up.

Those reroutes added to the duty day quite a bit. +4 hrs FDP on the first trip and +3 on the second. I’ll take that though for what the extra pay was.

Just good timing with DEN snowstorms and the company’s inability to operate in poor weather lately.

Believe me…when I upgrade in a few months I’m gonna get the other side…weekend rsv and all the fun that that entails. Enjoying it while it lasts…reckon I’ll be jr in the other seat for quite awhile.

Haven’t been on rsv involuntarily since 2016. I bid it voluntarily every year for a couple months and it’s hit or miss on move up, etc. My experience is that you’ll get more chaos pay on weekends unless you time weekday IROPS well. Bidding weekday rsv, hardly getting used, and picking up on days off is how you game rsv.
