Casey did great, he hammered the “holistic” repairs needed and how leaders didnt listen to their employees.

AW looked like a 3rd grader explaining his $#itt¥ group project that the CEO no showed for.

I was thinking the same thing. AW looked like he was in a tough Oral with a crappy check airman..

Casey got the important points across. He represented us well.

The ACARS messages in flight asking who is operating the flight is unreal. Talk about a complete loss of operational control.

Not only that but SWA didn’t send in the written testimony the committee required, and was criticized for it by Sen Markey. The committee got a taste of the condescending dismissiveness of SWA management.
