Wow. 41 is not insignificant. I am sure the end of the year accounting is going to get ugly.
From what I am hearing, the secret is out that the quickest way to land your dream job at a legacy is to get hired from your regional by Southwest instead of waiting for the flow.

SWA use to love poaching from other airlines, now the shoe is on the other foot . The theme in Dallas is, Delta Airlines does not want to play nice in the sandbox .

Used to be 12,000 applicants for each major, now there is a few 100 "recently minted" ATP each month that all the majors are fighting over. Everyone needs to replace retirees and try to grow for this summer, but there simply isn't enough labor for everyone to reach their goals.

Used to be 12,000 applicants for each major, now there is a few 100 "recently minted" ATP each month that all the majors are fighting over. Everyone needs to replace retirees and try to grow for this summer, but there simply isn't enough labor for everyone to reach their goals.
