Dispatchers got a TA. 17% raise then 3% per year starting in June.

I’m not in their shoes but those kind of percentage increases aren’t going to fly with us.

If they quadruple those pay rate raises, I probably won’t vote no for that reason. But I might.

I’ll still vote no, however, if everything else isn’t brought up to world-airline-industry-leading. Tail change pay, disability, hotels, and on and on.

I dont have first hand info but I don’t believe that’s true. I follow a dispatcher thread on another website and they were complaining that they had fallen behind over the last several years and were trailing the industry both in compensation and schedule/quality of life.

I'll admit I haven't paid attention over the last few years and I don't remember when it was in the last decade, but they at one point became the industry leaders by a big margin from what I remember. Other airlines must have come up a lot or they seriously lagged in their last negotiation if that isn't the case any more.

I believe they will be one of the highest paid dispatchers if not highest paid .
