what is exactly disagreement between SWAPA and management? pilot salary? if it's pilot salary and increasement is a must! otherwise, all pilots will runaway to other companies! it should be someting else.

In a nutshell, it’s everything. Pay, QOL, hotels, training, sick and disability, etc. There is not one area that does not need major improvements and the company is refusing to budge. To me every single issue is worth striking for in this environment.

In this market we must achieve gains in every section of the contract. Absolutely no concessions. AFAIK DL, UAL, and AA didn't have any concessions...only improvements.
