So, SWA changed the TFP to flight hour conversion from 1.149 to 1.162.
Roughly, the conversion change equals $3 per tfp.
$3 times 1,200 tfp + 10% sick bank + 15% NEC is a loss of $4500 per year per pilot.
At 10,000 pilots, that's a loss of $45M per year to the pilot group.

The sad part is I’d bet they only figured on one of those three things in their maths.
