I’m one of the unreasonable ones who wants to walk. I’m not above cutting off my nose to spite BoJo’s face.

Today is June 12th 2023,

1,043 days since our contract has became amendable,

171 Plumbers have left SWA this year for better long term career opportunities.

That. Was. Brutal.

The funniest thing about the letter is that Carlisle guy thought he was helping the company when he wrote that.

Don’t forget to send a kicktail to Mr. Carlisle for contributing to pilot unity… 😜

That was likely written by FordHarrison, the owners of the playbook. Carlisle and CK are their useful idiots.

So, SWA changed the TFP to flight hour conversion from 1.149 to 1.162.

Roughly, the conversion change equals $3 per tfp.

$3 times 1,200 tfp + 10% sick bank + 15% NEC is a loss of $4500 per year per pilot.

At 10,000 pilots, that's a loss of $45M per year to the pilot group.

The sad part is I’d bet they only figured on one of those three things in their maths.
